CR 58 is a north/south route through the area just north of the Village of Brewster. North Main Street splits off from US 6 as a local street within the village and then becomes CR 58 at the village line. It runs north for a short distance before curving to the east to become Tonetta Lake Road. It passes under I-84, but there is no interchange. After a short distance, it curves back to the north to become North Brewster Road. It ends at NY 312.
