Lower Station Road is a short east/west route providing access to the Garrison train station and the waterfront along the Hudson River. It begins at Upper Station Road (CR 14) near the station and runs south for a short distance before curving to the east and going uphill into town. There, it ends at a traffic light at Bear Mountain-Beacon Highway (NY 9D) and becomes Cat Rock Road (NY 403).
