CR 15 is a short extension of NJ 23 into New York. It extends for about a third of a mile over the state line to end at US 6. There is also an interchange with I-84. The route is signed in that there is a single CR 15 shield heading north at the state line. The signage on US 6 only makes reference to NJ 23.
