Myrtle Avenue is an east/west route in Brooklyn and Queens. It exists as a pedestrian mall between Jay Street and a couple of blocks west of Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn. Oversized street name signage begins at Flatbush Avenue. It extends east through Brooklyn into Queens, where it ends at Hillside Avenue. For most of its length, Myrtle Avenue is a two-lane undivided road.
