Merrick Boulevard is a major roadway in Queens. It begins at Hillside Avenue (NY 25) in Jamaica and runs south, gradually curving to the east and eventually reaching the Queens-Nassau county line, where it becomes Merrick Road (Nassau CR 27). For its first few blocks, Merrick Boulevard is an eastbound one-way street; westbound traffic must use 168 Street instead. Elsewhere, it is a large four-lane divided boulevard.
