Fulton Street is an east/west route in Brooklyn. It is a two-lane undivided road running parallel to and just north of Atlantic Avenue. It extends from Flatbush Avenue to East New York Avenue. There is also a section known as the Fulton Mall between Adams Street and Flatbush Avenue that is only open to buses and pedestrians and a noncontiguous section beginning on the other side of East New York Avenue and extending to the Queens line, mostly under elevated subway tracks.
