CR 69 is a short north/south route in Pawling. It begins at the border with Putnam County, where Harmony Road changes designation from Putnam CR 63 to Dutchess CR 69. It continues north for a few miles to NY 55, where Harmony Road ends. CR 69 is then multiplexed with NY 55 for two blocks to the east and then splits off onto Dutcher Avenue, which continues north for about half a mile to end at West Main Street in Pawling.
