CR 3 is a north/south route in Wassaic. It begins at the border with Connecticut, where Macedonia Road (CT 341) becomes Bog Hollow Road. Several miles to the north, Bog Hollow Road curves to the east. It ends at the northern terminus of Sinpatch Road (CR 4) and turns north again to become Kent Road. After about a mile, Kent Road ends at South Amenia Road, which is designated CR 2 east of this point. CR 3 turns west onto South Amenia Road and follows it for another mile to where it ends at Old Route 22 (CR 81).
