Creek Road takes on the designation of CR 100 at Cottage Road. It runs north as a two-lane undivided road.

There is a stop sign at East Dorsey Lane (CR 40). Turn right to go east or left to go west. CR 100 ends here. Creek Road continues straight ahead as a local street.
