Bergen Boulevard is a short north/south route in Bergen County. It begins at Kennedy Boulevard (CR 501) in North Bergen, just south of the Hudson-Bergen county line. It promptly crosses into Bergen County and runs north for just over three miles to Fort Lee, where it merges into the US 1/US 9/US 46 freeway. The entire length is an undivided road with traffic lights. CR 501 is multiplexed with NJ 63 along Bergen Boulevard for most of the length of the latter, but it splits off onto East Central Boulevard a few blocks before the northern terminus.
