CR 507 is a north/south route extending from Harrison to just south of the New York border in Mahwah. It begins at Harrison Avenue (CR 508) and runs north along Schuyler Avenue through Kearny to Belleville Turnpike (NJ 7). It is then multiplexed with NJ 7 to the west for about a mile before splitting off and turning north onto River Road, which runs along the Passaic River. In Lyndhurst, River Road changes names to become Riverside Avenue. In Rutherford, it turns away from the river and changes names to become Jackson Avenue and then Carlton Avenue. It turns off Carlton Avenue and follows Locust Lane, Locust Avenue, Main Avenue, and Midland Avenue to River Drive, which runs along the Passaic River once again. In Saddle Brook, the river curves to the west and CR 507 turns north onto Maple Avenue. In Ho-Ho-Kus, it turns to the northwest onto Franklin Turnpike, which runs through the same corridor as the NJ 17 freeway to the New York-New Jersey border. Just south of the border, it ends at Ramapo Valley Road (US 202) in Mahwah.
