Aris T. Allen Boulevard is a short expressway spur off of the John Hanson Highway (US 50/US 301) in Annapolis, running to the southeast for about two and a half miles. Despite being named as if it were a surface road, it is in fact an expressway with exclusively grade-separated interchanges. The expressway ends at a traffic light at Chinquapin Round Road, where it changes names to become Forest Drive. The state route ends two blocks to the east at a traffic light at Bywater Road.
