MD 314 is a short east/west route extending from Greensboro to the border with Delaware. It is known as Sunset Avenue in Greensboro, where it has intersections with Main Street (MD 480) and Greensboro Road (MD 313). Heading out of town, it changes names to become Whiteleysburg Road. It ends at an intersection with Burnite Mill Road (DE 12) along the border with Delaware. Whiteleysburg Road continues into Delaware as a local road. All of MD 314 is a two-lane undivided road.
