Downes Station Road ends there, and MD 312 is multiplexed with MD 480 to the east along Ridgely Road for about a mile. Then, it turns north onto Central Avenue. Heading out of Ridgely, Central Avenue turns into Oakland Road. MD 312 follows Oakland Road to Baltimore Corner, where it ends at Goldsboro Road (MD 313).
