The Baltimore Harbor Tunnel Thruway begins at the John F. Kennedy Memorial Highway (I-95). The exit from the express lanes of I-95 leads into the express lane on I-895. Exit 14 is for Moravia Road. Immediately after the exit, the express lane ends and merges into the main roadway.
