MA 132 is a diagonal route crossing Cape Cod between Hyannis and West Barnstable. It begins at a rotary in Hyannis where MA 28 leaves Iyannough Road to continue west along Falmouth Road. Iyannough Road continues northwest as MA 132. It is a four-lane road, in most areas a divided highway. After about three miles, there is an interchange with the Mid-Cape Highway (US 6) at exit 68. Iyannough Road narrows down to two lanes and then ends after a short distance at Main Street (MA 6A).
Iyannough Road is named after Iyannough, who was the leader of the Native American tribe that lived in the area at the time of the Pilgrims.
