Hickman Road is a short extension of PA 491 over the border into Delaware. It begins at Naamans Road (DE 92) and runs northwest for about a third of a mile until it reaches the state line, where it becomes Naamans Creek Road (PA 491). The DE 491 designation is not listed in state documents, but it is signed on Naamans Road (DE 92) when travelling west.
