After one block, the two routes split at a stop sign. Turn right onto Hill Road for CT 107. Continue straight ahead on Redding Road for CT 53.

CT 53 ends here at this traffic light. Main Street continues straight ahead as CT 39. North Street (CT 37) begins on the right. Downs Street (SR 841) is to the left. This is a somewhat unusual intersection in that it has three state routes all ending at each other.
