CT 11 is a short expressway extending from East Haddam Road (CT 82) in Salem to the CT 2 expressway in Colchester. It was planned to extend significantly further south to the junction of I-95 and I-395 in East Lyme, but the section south of CT 82 was never built. The section that exists has exit numbers and mileposts based on the original planned route.
