The turnpike extension ends here at the mainline of the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276). There is a pair of unnumbered exits for the mainline. I-476 continues straight ahead as the Mid-County Expressway, also known as the Blue Route. Vehicles that continue along I-476 as considered to exit the turnpike at exit 20, even though they're staying on the same interstate.
