The section of Old Sunrise Highway east of where NY 27A turns south onto Carman Mill Road has a reference route number of 900D. It ends after a few blocks at a traffic light at County Line Road (Suffolk CR 1). Oak Street (Suffolk CR 12) begins straight ahead.
