Taking the fork to the right, the ramp leads to a traffic light. Bear left to get on the Belt Parkway west. Bear right for North Conduit Avenue (NY 27) west.

The ramp for exit 2 when travelling north merges with a ramp from the Nassau Expressway (NY 878) and North Conduit Avenue (NY 27) and then splits. Bear right for Rockaway Boulevard. Bear left to get back on the Van Wyck Expressway.

The ramp for exit 11 merges with the ramp from College Point Boulevard. There is an exit for Flushing Meadows Corona Park. Then, the ramp splits. Bear right for 69 Road and Jewel Avenue. Bear left to get on the expressway.

Exits 13A-D share a long ramp extending from the southbound Whitestone Expressway to the Grand Central Parkway. Exit 13D is for Northern Boulevard (NY 25A) west. Exit 13A is for Astoria Boulevard west. Exits 13B-C are for the Grand Central Parkway.

The ramp for exit 13 of the northbound Van Wyck Expressway splits. Bear left to go east on Northern Boulevard (NY 25A) or bear right to go west. Bear right for Astoria Boulevard. There is also access to the Grand Central Parkway to the right, although the signage does not indicate so.

The ramp for exits 19N-S-W at the end of I-678 splits twice. Bear right at the first fork for exit 19N to go north on the Bruckner Expressway (I-95). Bear left at the second fork for exit 19W to go west on the Bruckner Expressway (I-278). Continue straight ahead to go south on the Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95).
