These old faded signs used to mark the split for the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) and 48 Street from the westbound service road under the Long Island Expressway (I-495). They have been replaced.

These signs used to mark the exits from the service road for Queens Boulevard (NY 25), Woodhaven Boulevard, 69 Street, and Grand Avenue when travelling west. They have all been replaced.

These old button-copy signs used to mark the exits from the service road for the Grand Central Parkway and the Van Wyck Expressway (I-678) when travelling east. They were replaced with new reflective signs in 2010.

These old button-copy signs used to mark the exits from the service road for the Grand Central Parkway and 108 Street when travelling west. They were replaced with new reflective signs in 2010. The new signs give to compass directions for the exits for the parkway and read "RFK Bridge" instead of "Triboro Bridge."
