This picture shows the last sign on the northbound Clearview Expressway when the toll for the Throgs Neck Bridge was $4.00.

This picture shows the last sign on the northbound Clearview Expressway when the toll for the Throgs Neck Bridge was $5.00. When the toll was raised to $5.50, this sign was modified so that it longer indicates what the toll is.

When the toll was raised to $5.50, the sign for the Throgs Neck Bridge no longer indicated the toll. A separate sign has been installing giving the toll for motorists with and without E-ZPass.
