King Georges Road widens to become a four-lane divided highway and changes designation from CR 501 to NJ 184. There is an entrance to the Garden State Parkway (NJ 444) and the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95).

The divider ends. Here, NJ 184 is known as West Pond Road. There is a traffic light at Florida Grove Road (CR 655).

West Pond Road changes names to become Pfeiffer Boulevard. The roadway splits to become the service roads of the approach to the Outerbridge Crossing (NJ 440).
