I-84 is an east/west highway from Dunmore, PA, to Sturbridge, MA. The section in Pennsylvania begins at I-81 in Dunmore, just northeast of Scranton, multiplexed with I-380. The two interstates run southeast for a few miles and then split. I-84 runs east to Matamoras, where it crosses the Delaware River to Port Jervis, NY.
