There is an interchange with the Cross County Parkway with entrances to the parkway in both directions.

After the interchange with the Cross County Parkway, there is an exit for Midland Avenue on the right, followed by an entrance to the New York Thruway (I-87) on the left. CR 47 ends here. Straight ahead, Central Park Avenue splits away from the Thruway and continues north as NY 100.
