The Sagtikos Parkway crosses Long Island in Suffolk. It begins at the Northern Parkway where the Sunken Meadow Parkway ends and runs to the south. It ends at the Southern Parkway. It is the easternmost north/south parkway on Long Island. It provides access to the Pilgrim Psychiatric Center.
