CR 7A is a north/south route in northern Nassau. It begins at Peninsula Boulevard (CR 2) in Hempstead and runs north as Washington Avenue through Hempstead and Garden City as a four-lane undivided road. At Old Country Road (CR 25), CR 7A changes names to become Roslyn Road. It continues north through Mineola, East Williston, Albertson, and East Hills. In Roslyn village, it changes names again to become Main Street. Two blocks north of the name change, Main Street ends at Old Northern Boulevard. CR 7A is routed along Old Northern Boulevard for a short distance to West Shore Road (CR 15), where it ends.
