Grand Avenue intersects West Central Boulevard (CR 501) at a traffic light. Turn right to go south. Straight ahead, northbound CR 501 is multiplexed with NJ 93 along Grand Avenue. The two routes are multiplexed for the remainder of NJ 93.

Grand Avenue intersects Fort Lee Road (CR 12) at a traffic light. Turn left here for access to the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) and the Bergen-Passaic Expressway (I-80).

NJ 93 ends here at the NJ 4 freeway. Take the first right to go east or the second right to go west. Grand Avenue continues straight ahead as CR 501.
