Forsgate Drive begins at US 130 in South Brunswick and runs east as a four-lane divided road. There is a traffic light at Commerce Drive.

There is a traffic light at Cranbury South River Road (CR 535). Immediately after the light, there is an entrance to the New Jersey Turnpike (I-95) on the right.
