The Vince Lombardi Service Area is located just south of where the turnpike splits into the eastern and western spurs.

Exit 19W is for the Meadowlands Complex and American Dream. Only vehicles with E-ZPass are permitted to exit here.

There is a toll barrier just south of exit 19W. All motorists who do not have E-ZPass must take a ticket indicating where they got on the turnpike.

Exit 15E is for Truck US 1/US 9. The signage does not indicate that the exit leads to the truck route, rather than the mainline of US 1/US 9.

The eastern and western spurs of the turnpike come together here to form a large twelve-lane highway. Of the six lanes in each direction, the left three lanes are for cars only and the right three lanes are for all types of vehicles. These are colloquially known as the "car lanes" and the "truck lanes," respectively.
