Northbound Business Route Views
Belair Road splits off from the mainline of US 1 to become a business route at the beginning of the Bel Air Bypass. After a short distance, it narrows down to two lanes.

Belair Road continues northeast as a two-lane undivided road. There are uncontrolled intersections at Hillendale Road, Lake Fanny Road, Broadview Avenue, Locust Lane, and Auction Way.

Coming into town, Belair Road widens to four lanes again and changes names to become Baltimore Pike. There is a traffic light at Tollgate Road.

There is a traffic light at Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway (MD 24). Turn left to go north or right to go south.

Baltimore Pike runs northeast through the downtown area of Bel Air. There is a traffic light at Atwood Road.

Baltimore Pike splits into a pair of parallel one-way streets as it ends at MD 924, which is also routed along a pair of parallel one-way streets here. Turn right onto Kenmore Avenue at the first traffic light to go south. Turn left onto Main Street at the second traffic light to go north and to stay on Business US 1. Fulford Avenue (MD 22) begins straight ahead.
